My son’s truck dropped its drive shaft as he was heading to work. Happened in the middle of a detour, rush hour and Greencastle’s first day back to school. All around just a hot mess. The tow truck driver was phenomenal! He was kind, patient and caring. He explained everything and made it look easy. The best part was he showed up when he said he would. Hands down best customer service I’ve ever experienced. Definitely 5 star service!

My husband and I were coming home from dentist appointments yesterday afternoon. Sixteen or so miles from home with the heat index in the 100s, suddenly the car developed a shifting issue. It still ran but could only accelerate to about 10 mph. Scott helped us so quickly. He is the kindest man! Great service, great company He made sure both of us and the car were home quickly. Thanks so much!

I'm not sure of the gentleman's name, but he was traveling towards Cloverdale when I had hit a deer(hard)!! He pulled over, turned his lights on and sat with me while I waited for emergency help to come! He was kind and pleasant and he even moved the deer out of the road so others wouldn't hit it!! He was fantastic and I wanted to thank him!!

After I and one of my neighbors slid off into a small ditch along my snow covered hillside driveway trying to get my car up to my house, Mr Gold was able to pull it out. He was then kind enough to drive it up and into my garage for me. I'm a critical heart patient and his help was very much appreciated. I highly recommend his service!! I told him I hope I don't have to call him again, but his would be the first service I would call if I needed help!!
